BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Camp Merrie-Woode is owned and operated by the Merrie-Woode Foundation, Inc., which purchased the camp in 1979. The Merrie-Woode Foundation Board of Trustees is comprised of a dedicated group of alumnae, parents, and supporters who work with the Executive Directors. The Merrie-Woode Foundation, Inc. was established as a 501 (c) 3, non-profit educational institution with the sole purpose of operating Camp Merrie-Woode.

NOMINATIONS AND ELECTION OF TRUSTEES
Trustees of the Merrie-Woode Foundation, Inc. are proposed by the Board’s Nominating and Governance Committee and are elected by the Board of Trustees. Each year the Nominating and Governance Committee prepares a slate of new trustees, as well as a slate of officers, who are elected at the Board’s annual meeting. Trustees may serve up to two consecutive three-year terms.
