Payment Policies & Applications
Camp Payment Policy
Enrollment Deposit: $400.00
Deposit is non-refundable upon enrollment. This deposit will be applied toward tuition.
February 1 – First half of tuition is due & any payment in full is due.
April 1 – Remaining tuition is due.
Refund Policy:
Tuition payments are non-refundable after their due dates.
Merrie-Woode will work with camper families to create a payment plan that addresses unique financial circumstances. Families must submit this request in advance of the tuition due dates. Please contact our office to request additional details regarding payment plans.
Campership Program
If tuition feels out of reach for your family, please view our Campership page. Camperships are need-based full and partial tuition scholarships that make the Merrie-Woode experience available to a range of families, including alumnae families, for whom tuition is out of reach.
Camper Application
The 2027 Application will open for all prospective campers on Sunday, August 9th, 2026.
All prospective and returning campers may start applying on Sunday, August 9th 2026. Because Merrie-Woode is a small camp with a high return rate, sessions fill quickly and openings are limited. Returning campers are given priority re-enrollment into their 2026 session through Tuesday, September 15th, 2026.
Any applicants who do not receive immediate enrollment into the session of their choosing will be given the option of a space on the waiting list. No deposit is required.
