Merrie-Woode is a small
camp with a high return rate; openings are limited.
Applications
for the following summer are mailed out from the camp office each
year on the first Monday after camp ends to current campers and
to families who have inquired about camp within the past 18 months.
We recommend returning the completed application with the deposit
immediately in order to be considered for enrollment.
Returning
campers are given priority for re-enrollment during the month of September.
New campers are enrolled during the first week of October. Because Merrie-Woode
is a small camp with a high return rate, openings are limited. While
working to maintain geographic diversity, we also take into consideration
siblings of current campers as well as campers who have been on the
previous summer's waiting list.
Any
applicants to whom we can not give an immediate space will be given
the option of a space on the waiting list. All deposits are held until
a camper is actually enrolled. To be put on the list to receive an application
