I Can See Clearly Now
We had another rainy morning here at camp, so I decided to stop by Tajar to see what Sewing and Knitting were up to! The campers in Knitting were hard at work on their Herbies! In Sewing, they are making fun scrunchies—they can’t wait to show them off around camp!
When the sky cleared this afternoon, I found Landsports on the Volleyball Court playing Nuke ‘Em! It was so nice to be out in the sun again!
Tonight’s Evening Program was Pages-Yeomen-Squires-Knights Night, where everyone was split into their age groups for mystery activities! You could really feel the anticipation at Dinner as everyone was waiting to hear what they would be doing! Pages had a Luau Dock Party on Lake Fairfield and spent the evening swimming and sliding their hearts out. The Yeomen had a blast at Karaoke in Castle! The lucky Squires got to take a trip out of camp to Sunset Rock. And finally, the Knights made water cannons on the Landsports Field! They created giant slingshots and had a grand time flinging water bombs across the field at one another!
Here’s to clearer skies!
