EACH CAMPFIRE LIGHTS ANEW…

The sun is setting on Opening Day of this final camp session.  It was heartening to see the new bunch of bright-eyed faces gathered around the campfire ring!  I have already made lots of new friends today as many of the campers are here at Merrie-Woode for the first time.

OUR HEARTS WILL TURN BACK TO MERRIE-WOODE…

Music blasted from the docks all day today as Proficiency Day was underway. This day is dedicated to the girls who are finishing up levels in the boating program. Canoes and kayaks were maneuvering expertly about as girls showed off the skills they have been learning all summer.
